4. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of Print-on-Demand products, all sales are final except for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
  • Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, including photos and order details.
  • After verification, a replacement or refund will be issued.
  • Returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind are not accepted.
