Isle Inspire Studios partners with Printify, Gelato, and Printdoors to create your custom-designed products. Please review our refund policy:

1. Made-to-Order Products

• All products are made on demand.

• Due to customization, all sales are final except for manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

• Report any damage or defects within 7 days of delivery.

• Provide photos and order information for verification.

• Upon validation, we offer a replacement or refund.

3. Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production starts.

4. Returns and Exchanges

• No returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind.

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
